Le Manoir du Fay

Thanks to a pleasant walk, enjoy the charm of the Manoir du Fay, set in a typical Clos-Masure (traditional enclosed farmyard) belonging to the town of Yvetot. This imposing brick and stone building constructed at the very beginning of the 17th century for Pierre Corneille’s great uncle stands in the middle of a large 17-acre orchard. The Manoir du Fay has been listed a Historic Monument in 1996. It is closed to the public. This site also contains other buildings, including some restored ones like the sheep barn.
